003-23 Interim Transition and Support Leader

Type: Permanent: 37 hours per week

Salary: £36,600 - £42,204 per annum

Experience: Successful teaching experience in a further education setting.

We are looking for an experienced manager of Learner Support to fulfil an interim role in our dynamic team at Bolton College.
An opportunity has arisen for an interim Transition and Support leader within the Learner Support team. This is a management post working with a team of SEN specialists to ensure learners with all levels of support including those with high needs funding and those with Education Health and Care Plans have robust support plans and a well-designed curriculum offer which will include bespoke provision where necessary. As a motivated self-starter, you will have experience in teaching learners with support needs, contributing to the Learner Support provision within an FE setting and in liaising with partner agencies, schools, parents and carers. The post will involve supporting the Head of Area to maintain auditable records and staffing levels within a number of budget targets.
