Indian Head Massage Certificate Level 3 VTCT

  • Overview of the course

    more less
Massage is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing activities one can experience. It is both physical and mentally relaxing. The therapeutic touch relieves stress and tension of everyday living, leaving a good feeling of well-being and increased energy levels. Indian Head Massage, which has been practiced for thousands of years, benefits the client both physical and psychologically. The treatment manipulates the soft tissue and muscles of the body, and stimulates the blood, the lymph system, the muscles and the nerves. The massage manipulations can have either a stimulating or relaxing effect, depending on the techniques carried out.

This course will enable you to incorporate Indian Head both in massage and in a sitting position. The massage will be shown both on the massage cough and in the sitting position and how this can be used within an office environment.
