Our friendly Student Services team can help you with just about anything, from providing advice on financial support available to you as a student or helping you deal with issues of a personal nature. We have a staff of highly trained, friendly and supportive advisors. The services we provide covers:

• Applying for a course and course information, advice and guidance
• Preparing and applying for work or higher education
• Obtaining financial help to support learning
• Childcare cover for student parents
• Dealing with personal issues
• Cross college enrichment activities
• Accessing the counselling service for students
• Talking things over with a college chaplain or discussing health issues with the college nurse
• Keeping safe
• Addressing unfair treatment of students
• Ensuring students opinions about college are listened to and acted on
• Joining the Student Volunteers Group

We also have a dedicated team of Learning & Development Mentors who will help you settle into your course and help you with any issues you may have in College. Your mentor will cover; academic progress support, an Individual Learning Plan, attendance and health issues, career support, progressing to university and improving your employability.
