Reiki Level 1

  • Overview of the course

    more less
Reiki is the Japanese word for 'spiritual energy'. This course provides an introduction to Reiki - a natural and simple way to achieve healing at all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki Practitioners understand that everyone has the ability to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves and help others.

It is believed that a person?s ?ki? or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person?s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. Reiki is used as a method of relaxation and stress reduction which also promotes healing. A Reiki master will help introduce participants to the practice and help them understand the methods used.

This level 1 introductory one day course is for people interested in the understanding and use of the alternative healing therapy Reiki, also described as the enabling of the body?s ability to heal itself. If you would like to achieve a happier, more peaceful and contented life, this Reiki course can be a good start in that understanding.
