    Today's employers are in desperate need of employees with good customer service skills - dealing with customers face to face, over the telephone and now online. Customer service are essential for all businesses across all industries (retail, office administration, health care, garages etc). This course will introduce you to the key principles of customer service as a taster session for our accredited customer service qualifications. Join this course and progress on to Level 1 and 2 accredited customer service qualifications.

    On this course, you will look at the key skills needed for effective customer service delivery, key principles of customer service, dealing with different customers and legislation in customer service.

    There are no formal entry requirements - come along and see what customer service is all about and how you can develop your skills and confidence in this area.
  • How will I be assessed?

    This is a non-accredited programme however you will be expected to complete some tasks including written, role play and quiz based tasks to demonstrate your knowledge following the programme. Don't worry - we will work with you to make sure you can complete the tasks.

    All customer service tutors have extensive experience of customer service delivery in industry and will bring examples and scenarios from their experience into the classroom

    Assessment


    All learners will complete an individual learning plan which will be discussed with their tutor throughout the course.

    Financial


    You may not have to pay tuition fees at all, if you fall into one of the groups eligible for fee exemptions. If you feel you may be eligible or would like someone to explain course fees in more detail, pleasecontact us via our Live Chat service available on any page of our website.

    Adult Learners


    Adult learners (19+) must provide evidence of their existing qualification at enrolment. Learners may not be able to enrol if this information is not provided when requested. If you have lost any certificates please contact your school in the first instance. If they are unable to provide a copy, you can contact one of the following exam boards (your school will be able to tell you which one applies to the exams you took):
