    Creation of a Digital CV in word that can be printed and sent as an attachment in an email.

    Two groups available:
    Group A: Will run once a week over 4 weeks in June
    Group B: Is a 2 day intensive course in April

  • What you'll learn

    LO1: Use Microsoft Word to produce an up-to-date CV
    1.1 Use Microsoft Word to produce an up-to-date digital CV
    1.2 Format text at least 3 styles such as underline, bold, italics, centring text and changing font size
    1.3 Print your CV

    LO2: Use Microsoft Excel to enter data and use a range of formulas
    2.1 Input data into 2 columns and 3 rows on a work-related spreadsheet
    2.2 Use at least one of each - addition, subtraction, multiplication and division formula correctly on a spreadsheet

    LO3: Use Outlook to send an email with an attachment
    3.1 Attach a copy of digital CV to an email and send to tutor
    3.2 Provide email with an appropriate subject title

    Students should be able to switch a computer on and use a mouse to navigate

    Assessment


    All learners will complete an individual learning plan which will be discussed with their tutor throughout the course.

    Financial


    You may not have to pay tuition fees at all, if you fall into one of the groups eligible for fee exemptions. If you feel you may be eligible or would like someone to explain course fees in more detail, pleasecontact us via our Live Chat service available on any page of our website.

    Adult Learners


    Adult learners (19+) must provide evidence of their existing qualification at enrolment. Learners may not be able to enrol if this information is not provided when requested. If you have lost any certificates please contact your school in the first instance. If they are unable to provide a copy, you can contact one of the following exam boards (your school will be able to tell you which one applies to the exams you took):
