Health & Wellbeing Certificate Entry Level 3

This is a 26 week course at the Deane Road Campus for learners with learning difficulties/ disabilities/ mental health issues. You will develop your knowledge, skills and understanding of the meaning of good physical and mental health.

• You will learn what is meant by good physical and mental health.
• How to maintain good physical and mental health
• How to develop coping strategies to keep you in good physical and mental health.

The course will focus on activities to support physical and mental health, how to access leisure services, making choices appropriate for a healthy lifestyle, mindfulness and well being activities.

There are no entry requirements other than curiosity and a commitment however you need to attend all of your classes.

You will be assessed by building a portfolio of evidence covering the units of the course. The tutor will assess your work and give you feedback on your progress.

This cost of this course is £579.00 plus £37.00 registration fee. The course fee will be waived if learners are on correct benefits.

Assessment

All learners will complete an individual learning plan which will be discussed with their tutor throughout the course.

Financial

Adult Learners

Adult learners (19+) must provide evidence of their existing qualification at enrolment. Learners may not be able to enrol if this information is not provided when requested. If you have lost any certificates please contact your school in the first instance.
