The trainee chefs competed in the International Wine & Food Society Northern Branch’s Black Pudding Competition.
After the initial in-College heats, Ben and Jodie travelled to Warrington & Vale Royal College for a cook-off, creating delicious dishes using Bury Black Pudding, generously supplied by the world-famous The Bury Black Pudding Company.
Six colleges have participated, with the winners announced at a formal ceremony on 28th June.
