This qualification is designed to help you boost your performance as a team member, and help you to make the transition from working in a team to leading a team. If you are a practicing team leader, this will help you be more effective and confident in your role.

Learners should have a Level 1 or experience in the work place. A good command of written and spoken English is desirable.

All units are internally assessed using a range of assessment techniques including short reports, presentations and role plays.

All business courses are delivered by industry specialists.

Assessment

All learners will complete an individual learning plan which will be discussed with their tutor throughout the course.

Financial

Adult Learners

Adult learners (19+) must provide evidence of their existing qualification at enrolment. Learners may not be able to enrol if this information is not provided when requested. If you have lost any certificates please contact your school in the first instance. If they are unable to provide a copy, you can contact one of the following exam boards (your school will be able to tell you which one applies to the exams you took):

Studying at College
